Pay instantly online via Google Checkout Cart. Alternatively we can raise a Google Checkout Invoice or a PayPal invoice if you wish to purchase multiple items, so you only pay once for postage. If you buy more than one item using the Checkout Cart we will refund any excess postage cost when your order is processed. You may also use the E-mail Order Form. With ever increasing postal and carriage charges we have had to revise our postal policy. To be fair to all customers we have adopted a total weight price structure. This means that single items and small boards cost less due to there low weight. Multiple and heavier items will incur increased cost. Orders bellow 4kg are normally sent by Royal Mail and above this weight by currier service (DHL, UPS).
Each item has now a weight code based on postage weight including manual, packaging etc. You can easily work out the total weight of your order and postage cost by simply adding the W codes together and use the table bellow for cost in each of the two zones.

Google checkout cart have prices including postage and cover just two zones.

Zone 1 is Great Britain and Northern Ireland only.
Total weight over W39 for Northern Ireland and Highlands please e-mail

Zone 2 is the rest of the world.

As carriage cost for items over 1kg in weight very significantly from country to country, please ask for Google checkout invoice on these items so that we can search for the cheapest deals at the time.

Policy
We endeavor to process most kit orders in 4-5 working days and ready built units in 5-8 days, but cannot be guaranteed in busy periods. Some of our products and components are purchased outside the UK and can cause delays with orders being processed. We will contact you by e-mail if there are prolonged delays or supply issues. Some of our products contain components that have export restrictions and are not available worldwide.

Guarantee : All our products have 12 months guarantee. If you are not satisfied with any of our products please return within 14 days for a full refund (excludes postage costs). Unwanted Items not designed & manufactured by ourselves (accessories, mechanical items, motors, power supplies etc) will incur a 20% restocking fee.
