NEW SYSTEM 3 +

System 3 + is a new all in one 3 axis stepper drive board with parallel port, buffered inputs and integrated charge pump circuit + fully buffered outputs with 4th axis connection, enable, on board 12V regualtor for external relays etc and Fan connector.

  • Uses the same technology as our Driver25m board
  • Ideal for the none electrical minded, a few connections, plug in and go
  • X,Y,Z Stepper drivers with separate settings for each axis
  • Unplugable motor connector
  • Output terminals for 4th axis, relays etc.
  • Buffered inputs with pull-ups.
  • Compact design, no interconnecting wiring between boards.
  • Two phase PWM operation.
  • Uses Internal synchronous rectification to reduce board size and heat dissipation.
  • Includes thermal shutdown, UVLO and crossover current protection.
  • 1/8,1/4,1/2 or full step selectable.
  • Dip switch adjustable stepper currents 1, 1.5, 2 & 2.5 amps
  • On board 5V regulator, single supply line (24V - 30V DC regulated supply recommended)
  • Maximum 35V @ 2.5A per phase motor outputs.
  • LED indicator display of step & direction for each axis plus enable and power LED’s.
  • Board size 105 X 162 mm. FR4, immersion gold, 2 oz copper, RoHS compliant.
  • Charge pump protection on all driver circuits and all output connections.
  • On board 12V regulator (250 mA current available)
  • 4th Axis buffered output pins
  • 12V Fan connector
  • White silk screen legend for components and connections

Note: It is recommended that a small cooling fan be used to blow air over the board on the higher current settings and the PCB mounted in a confined space.
